What is WishyBox?

WishyBox is a free, universal, wish list that allows you to add items you want (including links for purchasing, price, notes, etc.). Your friends and family members can reserve and purchase items off your list, making gift coordination easy. The simple, intuitive, interface makes it a breeze to keep track of items you want and then share your wish list with friends and family. WishyBox is perfect for special events, Christmas, birthdays, weddings, baby showers, or simply to keep track of stuff you want.

Invite friends and family members to be friends on WishyBox so that they can see your wish list and then reserve items. That way, every one knows what to get you, and no one ends up buying the same thing. It's your own personal gift registry! And, the best part is that you never have to spoil the surprise, because gift purchases and comments are not visible to the owner of a wish list—only to their WishyBox friends.

Privacy is Our Top Priority

WishyBox does not sell or otherwise profit from any user information. Logins are made through your Google, Microsoft Account (Outlook/Hotmail), Facebook, or Yahoo! accounts, and the only information collected via logins is your name and email address, which are required to validate your account, and your IP address to help prevent abuse. Your email address and IP address are stored in our database with 256-bit AES encryption. Your avatar is retrieved from Gravatar and uses your email address (only if you have configured an avatar at Gravatar).

Affiliate Links and Google Analytics

WishyBox is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.es, and amazon.it. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. WishyBox also uses referrer codes with affiliated web sites through VigLink. This does not affect the price you pay, and enables us to keep WishyBox free for all users.

WishyBox uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, such as the number of visitors, pages visited, and other similar information. This helps us understand how users interact with WishyBox and allows us to improve the user experience.
